Share your vision and get people to support it!

Are you committed to fighting injustice but stumble over how to ask others to support your work? Are you happy to spend all of your free time at protests but dread asking others to join in by turning out for an event, volunteering, donating, etc.?  Then this is the KaleoExpress workshop for you!

We’ll talk about what’s underpinning your fear of asking. We’ll breakdown how to separate asking for help from your self-worth. We’ll delve into how to ground the tasks of fundraising and making strategic connections in your core values. Expect to leave the workshop with tools in-hand to guide you to confidence and success.

Kit Briem brings to the table more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, having raised more than $10.2 million from individuals so far in her career. She has worked in the Twin Cities’ social services, arts and philanthropic arena since 1999 and holds an MA in Arts Administration and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
